Château Troplong Mondot is a distinguished Premier Grand Cru Classé B estate on Bordeaux's Right Bank, blessed with one of the most singular terroirs in all of Saint-Émilion. Limestone and clay, together with the rolling relief of the "mondot" hillside that gives the estate its name, lend the wines power and delicacy in equal measure.

Merlot leads the blend, joined by Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon to give wines of real depth: concentrated ripe black fruit, notes of spice and minerals, and a long, lingering finish. Powerful in youth, they gain elegance and complexity with age — a great part of this château's appeal.
