The vision of the winemaker, Xavier, is simple: "If the vineyard is well-maintained, that will reflect in the taste of the wine." He practices winemaking in accordance with organic and biodynamic principles.

 
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
The color is bright with a medium ruby hue. Aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and juicy raspberries blend with notes of rose petals and fresh spices, creating an explosion of scents in the glass. On the second nose, woody notes are detected, further enhancing the aromas of sweet spices. As time passes, these different elements harmonize more beautifully. The taste reveals the exceptional finesse of the Sanso, with a depth that is truly remarkable.

栽培
丸石と粘土石灰質の土壌。
森に囲まれた静かな場所にある隔離されたような環境の区画。
有機農業とビオディナミ農法の原則に基づく栽培。


醸造
伝統的な方法で行い、天然酵母を使用し、過度な抽出は避ける。収穫はできるだけ優しく行い、24ヶ月間バリックで熟成。その後、フィルターはかけず、SO2は瓶詰時に極少量。

The estate was created in 1998. Located between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac. Xavier Braujou started with a half an hectare of vines and has increased his domaine to 14Ha.
