The height of elegance and complexity created by the rich aging. The aroma of ripe plums, violets, and truffles rises from the glass, and the deep aftertaste spreads with supple tannins. The essence of classic Bordeaux, clothed in the weight of time.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
It has the air of a well-aged Bordeaux. Its brick-like garnet color gives off complex aromas of dried fruit, cigars, cedar, and truffles.

When you put it in your mouth, the smooth tannins and the flavor of aging spread, and it has a deep flavor with nuances of black cherry, leather, and earth.

The long finish leaves a subtle smoky nuance, evoking the wine's dignity and history.

Pairing
Rossini-style beef fillet, roast duck in red wine sauce, aged cheese (Comté 18 months, Epoisses, etc.)

Production

Aging: Oak barrels (80% new barrels) for 18 to 22 months
