Caviar Bleu
A story of plants and citrus fruits embraced by the wind and sea of Provence
...
On France's Mediterranean coast, where the sun-drenched mountains meet the sea, we meticulously pick wild juniper berries. This is how our deep connection with the land and our artisanal sensibilities resonate. Every step of the process is meticulously crafted to bring out the unique character of each and every wild berry. The delicate aroma of wild berries hand-picked from the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and rare "citron caviar" (finger lime), nurtured in the sunshine and sea breeze, combine to create this captivating gin, a culmination of our distillers' unparalleled skill. Sophisticated on its own, it also leaves a beautiful lingering finish when used in cocktails.
