Small plots of sand and round pebbles. Directly pressed with an air-pressure press. Fermentation and aging are carried out for 6 months, half of the blend in tanks and the other half in wooden barrels. Aged for another 6 months in tanks before bottling. Elegant and delicate aroma with hints of white peach, pear, honey and pine nuts. Pure and rich taste, with a contrasting harmony of Mediterranean roundness and fresh aftertaste.

ラ・バスティード・サン・ドミニクは、南ローヌのアヴィニョンとオランジュの中間に位置します。ドメーヌは、16世紀に建てられた礼拝堂を中心に作られ、1976年にジェラールとマリー＝クロード・ボネによって創設されました。1999年には、息子のエリック・ボネが両親から経営を引き継ぎ、家族の伝統を継承しながらも、活力と近代性をもたらしています。
