The wine is pressed directly using a pneumatic press. After racking, the wine is brewed in tanks under temperature control (maximum 17°C) for each variety. After aging in tanks for several months, it is blended and bottled. The aroma is dominated by peach, lychee, and pineapple, with hints of citrus. The taste is fresh and flavorful, with an exotic aroma that lingers on the palate.
