The plot is located in the lower terraces of the AOP Gigondas. Full-bodied and incredibly textured, yet seamlessly elegant. Plump dark fruit, classic Southern Rhone licorice, roasted herbs, and spice box notes. Silky on the palate, well-ripened tannins, a long, salty finish, and a wonderful depth and umami flavor from the Mourvedre.

Tasting Notes
The impressive black cherry flavor is complemented by nuances of garrigue and licorice. Full-bodied, silky, and pleasant to the touch. The aftertaste is long, rich in fruit and saltiness, and you can feel the depth and umami of Mourvedre.

 It goes great with all kinds of meat dishes, such as beef braised in red wine, venison, and lamb, as well as slightly chilled and grilled fish dishes with fresh herbs.
