Aromas of citrus, peach, dried prune, and fennel. A fruity, fresh, and crisp wine that leaves a wonderful tension and aftertaste characteristic of Chardonnay. It is a profoundly deep wine.

「プティット・リーヴ」はシュナン・ブランの畑の名前。
Cepie(セピエ)村の上に広がる台地で、粘土石灰質土壌に砂岩や白砂が混ざっている。

涼しい時間に手摘みで収穫。樹齢45年のシュナン・ブランが、
ピレネー山脈を望む絶景に位置する標高350m、南東向きの台地に植えられている。

収量：40hL／ha
醸造：房ごと直接圧搾し、軽く澱引き。自然酵母による低温発酵を行う。
熟成：冬の間、タンクで熟成。
年間生産量：2,700本
