Grapes grown in well-drained calcareous soil are harvested during the cooler hours and fermented at low temperatures. In order to bring out the delicacy of the fruit, no wooden barrels are used, and a pure flavor is pursued. An elegant red wine with aromas of cherry and wild strawberry, smooth tannins and a clear aftertaste.
