"Chazelle" is a contraction of the Old French word "Case/Chese" (house). This plot is located near the prefectural road that follows the route of the Roman road to Cluny, and it is thought that small farms and Roman dwellings once stood here. The aromas are floral and papaya. In addition to these aromas, on the palate you can also sense the pleasant nuances of barrel aging. It is characterized by a beautiful structure and a subtle saltiness.
