This wine is from the Languedoc region of southern France, made from 100% Swiss Petite Arvine grapes and aged in Italian terracotta amphorae, hence the name "Batard" (hybrid).

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
Aromas of minerals, citrus, white flowers and pear. Lively yet fleshy. Characterized by a long finish and a refreshing feeling.

Tuna, trout, tapas, sushi

Technical Data

Vinified in a 20hL foudre, no added SO2, indigenous yeasts, bioprotected to avoid excessive oxidation and loss of aromas.

Fermentation is carried out in a foudre at 18°C, and after racking, a very small amount of SO2 is added to perform maloblocking.

Aged for 4 months in foudres with lees.
