Production

All the stems are removed. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts without any unnecessary extraction, and then aged for 12 months in old oak barrels.

Domaine la Terrasse d'Elise

The estate was created in 1998. Located between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac. Xavier Braujou started with a half an hectare of vines and has increased his domaine to 14Ha.
