Xavier Braujou's new cuvée is made from 100% Nielchio, a Corsican variety that inherited the glory of Patrimonio (Sangiovese), and is aged for two years in barrels.
PMG is an abbreviation for "Pour Ma Gueule" (= for oneself), and apart from its unusual name, it is one of the most prestigious wines from this domaine.

Domaine la Terrasse d'Elise

The estate was created in 1998. Located between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac. Xavier Braujou started with a half an hectare of vines and has increased his domaine to 14Ha.
