It has a rich aroma of small red and black fruits. It has low tannins, a smooth and mellow mouthfeel, but is not too light. The subtle hint of iron makes it a great match for meat dishes. This fresh, straightforward red wine is so pleasant you could drink it for hours.

Technical Data

terroir
Clay sandy soil. Its depth and filtration give the wine a fresh, refined character.

viticulture
Cordon Royale double layered. 4000-5000 trees per hectare. Agriculture Raisonnée (rational farming).
Based on Terra Vitis and HVE3 certification. Limit intervention in the fields as much as possible.

brewing
Harvested by machine at the end of September. After destemming, it is pressed. Fermented under temperature control at 28 degrees. Remontage is performed regularly and maceration is carried out for 10 to 15 days after fermentation.
Aged in traditional vats (half buried underground and surrounded by red Languedoc bricks)
