The parcel is located in the commune of La Roche Vineuse. The resulting wines are vinified according to their terroirs and blended to create an enchanting Bourgogne Rouge.

Tasting notes
Fresh with aromas of red fruits like strawberry and raspberry, enhanced by a light spiciness and soft tannins, creating a harmonious profile. A versatile and outstanding Pinot Noir.

Pairing
Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif, or pair it with roasted veal, rabbit, chicken, lentils, and salted pork. It also complements lasagna and Bolognese sauce beautifully.

Production

The vinification, carried out on a parcel by parcel, is then blended to be recognized as a traditional Burgundy red. The whole clusters are macerated for 5-10 days in liquid, then fermented by spontaneous malolactic fermentation and natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for extended fermentation. Aged for 8 months in oak barrels on the lees with the minimum possible handling.
