Tasting Notes
When poured into a glass, the sparkling pale gold robe catches the eye. The aroma of white flowers and citrus fruits is layered with ripe pear, apple, a hint of hazelnut and freshly baked brioche, creating a rich depth.
In the mouth, firm acidity and a rich minerality form the structure, and the saltiness and tension derived from the Kimmeridgian limestone stand out.
The finish is long, with pleasant nuances of citrus peel and white pepper. This wine has the potential to age well and is a perfect blend of elegance and terroir character.
