Tasting Notes
Pale lemon yellow in color, when poured into a glass, a delicate and refreshing aroma reminiscent of white flowers, green apples, and pears spreads, layered with minerality from the limestone and subtle citrus nuances.
The sharp acidity is striking on the palate, with a pure and light attack. The mid-palate reveals flavors of white peach and lime, followed by a lingering salty minerality that tightens the overall flavor.
The finish is clear and refreshing, a wine that perfectly balances freshness and structure.
