栽培
単一畑のピノ・ノワール。アペラシオンの下部に位置する若い有機栽培の区画で、
面積は0.30ha。西向きまたは南南西向きで、
赤粘土とキンメリジャンの石が混ざる土壌を持つ。
栽培方法: 有機農法・ビオディナミ農法（ECOCERTおよびDemeter認証）

醸造
友人から栽培を引き継ぎ、2019年ヴィンテージが初リリースとなった。
標高、向き、土壌の組み合わせにより、深みとストラクチャーを備えたピノ・ノワールが
生み出される。
熟成は木樽にて。
