A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. It has a very pure nose with notes of apple blossom, White tea, and a hint of spice. The taste is calm and well-balanced, with delicate sourness and impressive depth. A salty note is present on the finish. Aged in the bottle for 12 months.

Production

A blend of two Sauvignon vineyards, planted in the north-facing section of La Roncerie (AOC Sancerre). To create a 'vintage-style vineyard blend like those made by our grandparents,' the vines were planted between 2012 and 2015. The wine undergoes wild fermentation and is aged in tanks for 19 months. 10% of the juice is aged in clay amphorae.
