This wine combines the rich aroma of ripe white peach, almond, and vanilla with the rich volume and elegance typical of Meursault. Tasting Notes
A beautiful pale golden color, the wine is immediately captivated by its powerful and aromatic aroma, which is immediately reminiscent of chestnuts, marron glacés, and fresh hazelnuts.
Soon after, refreshing green notes of vervain (lemon verbena), vetiver, and lemongrass appear, and then expand to citrus scents such as orange blossom, lemon, and orange.
The palate is rich, powerful, and deep, with a firm acidity that brings a freshness that stands out. Over time, the palate develops into warm, sweet flavors reminiscent of crème brûlée and caramelized tarte tatin, with hints of orgeat (malt sugar), beeswax, and fresh honey.
The finish is salty and reminiscent of minerals such as flint and flint, clearly evocative of the calcareous soil of the Charmes vineyards.
A great white wine that is also suitable for long-term aging.

Fermentation takes place in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatic purity, and the wine is aged for approximately 12 to 14 months, partly in new oak barrels to add complexity and structure.

Regular batonnage (stirring of the lees) enhances the texture and mouthfeel.

Fermentation temperatures are meticulously controlled to maintain freshness, and the wine is bottled unfiltered to preserve its delicacy.

This entire process strives for a balance between elegance and strength.
