A blend of Vermentino and Chenin Blanc, made from grapes grown using biodynamic farming methods, fermented with natural yeast and aged in barrels. It features a refreshing citrus aroma, minerality, and rich fruitiness, creating an elegant and complex flavor. The depth of its aging also comes through, making it a perfect wine to enjoy with a meal.

Tasting Notes
Typical Chenin aromas such as honey and apple are prominent, but you can also feel a cute floral aroma. It has a creamy texture and a rounded taste, with apple tart, peach and mineral flavors, and a good balance of moderate acidity and weight. The aftertaste is long.

Aperitif, premium fish with sauce, Roquefort cheese

Technical Data

Low pressure air pressing, slightly cool pressing. Fermentation with wild yeasts. Fermentation at medium temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging period of 36 months in total, including 12 months in French oak.
