Production

This young Roussanne is planted on a hilltop with a terroir of loamy and limestone soil, situated on fragile rock and facing directly south. The slope has an incline of over 40%, and everything is managed biodynamically. Natural fermentation occurs in tanks, with light bâtonnage carried out for 6 to 8 months.
