Commando G 2015 Las Umbrias

Las Umbrias is a single vineyard wine made primarily from granite soils and exhibits the most delicate and floral characteristics of the Command G plot wines.

The soil of Las Umbrias is sandy and granite with a touch of clay. The winemaking process involves hand-picking the grapes, fermenting with indigenous yeasts, long maceration and aging in 10-12HL oak barrels.
