Cultivation
Age: Over 30 years
The grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard before being transported in 15kg boxes.

brewing
Fermented and soaked in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days at 26-28°C.
It is soft pressed and only the first wine is used, the rest being used for other blends.
Malolactic fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately 30 days.

Aging: Approximately 4 months in French oak barrels.
