Tasting notes
The color is like golden honey. The nose is rich, with hints of fresh citrus and a touch of butter or brioche. On the palate, it is full-bodied with wonderful freshness.

Production

A carefully selected plot of old trees
The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Whole bunch fermentation, grape inertization, and wild yeast used
Low-temperature fermentation and stirring in barrels.
Aged for 8–10 months in new and one-year-old barrels, then blended and bottled.
