「一夜のロゼ」という名のキュヴェ。ステンレススチールタンクで低温発酵。その後タンク内で澱の上で熟成。淡いサーモンピンクの色調。グレープフルーツなどの柑橘系とイチゴやチェリーなどの赤系果実が入り混じったアロマ。まろやかで心地よい果実味。
