This cuvée is called "Overnight Rosé." It is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged on the lees in the tanks. It has a pale salmon pink color and an aroma of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and red fruits such as strawberries and cherries. It has a mellow and pleasant fruitiness.
