標高300m。白い花の香りとシスト片岩土壌特有のミネラル感あるフルーティーなワイン。緑の反射を伴う黄金色。白い花やアプリコット、アカシアの蜂蜜の香りも感じられる。肉付きが良く、クリアで明確、グルマンな味わい。フレッシュな洋梨、メロン、アーモンドの香りが現れてくる。

Tasting notes
Golden in color with green reflections. Aromas of white flowers, apricots, and acacia honey are also present. Full-bodied, clear, well-defined, and gourmand on the palate. Fresh aromas of pear, melon and almond emerge.

Pairing
It goes well with grilled fish, seafood gratin or aged cheeses.

土壌: 区画選定された片岩質の斜面（標高300m・北向き）
持続可能な農業、生物多様性の保全、CO₂排出量の削減といった環境に配慮した総合的なアプローチを実践


醸造
ブドウは手作業で小さな箱に収穫し、最適な熟度で摘み取られる。3つの品種は同時に収穫され、除梗・圧搾された後、伝統的な方法でタンク内で醸造される。その後6ヶ月間、タンク内の細かい澱の上で熟成し、一部は樽熟成も行われる。
