This cuvée is made using only Meunier grapes grown in four selected communes in the heart of the Marne Valley, and is unique in its vinification process. 100% fermented in oak barrels used for 1-2 years by producers in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. It is then aged for 10 months in the same barrels. It has an excellent balance of pleasant freshness and luxury.

It combines richness, delicacy and freshness with hints of vanilla and citrus, leaving a long aftertaste in the mouth.

 Raw oysters with lemon, seared duck and pepper salad, goat cheese and dried fruit platter
