This Grand Cru Champagne comes from the Dizy vineyards. The delicate bubbles gently envelop the palate, revealing overlapping aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and ripe fruit. The toasty and nutty notes of aging are exquisitely balanced, leading to a long-lasting finish of rich fruit and minerality, creating an elegant and deep flavor.

Tasting notes
When poured into a glass, the pale straw color is tinged with a hint of gold, and very fine bubbles rise quietly. The aroma is a mix of freshly peeled citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), white peach pit, ripe apricot, hazelnut, and walnut, with the flavor of freshly baked bread dough.

On the palate, the dense bubbles create a creamy texture while maintaining a firm structure. The citrus-rich acidity tightens the wine, and the minerality (with cool nuances of lime and saltpeter) resonates later. The finish is long, with salty minerality, fading quietly with nuances of almond shell, freshly baked pie crust, and white flowers.

It has a neat and expansive structure typical of the 2012 vintage, but its zero dosage style expresses the terroir's individuality very clearly.
