In Greek mythology, the Hora are a group of goddesses who represent the changing of the seasons. The autumn goddess depicted on the label is one of four sculptures at Cattier Vineyards, and this wine, Hora, is crafted by a dedicated team. Holding the fruits of the autumn harvest, Hora embodies the elegance and harmony of the vineyards that stretch from St. Helena to Rutherford.

Tasting Notes
Bright and vibrant, it has a strong aroma of red and purple fruits, with sweet and spicy nuances on the palate. It is well-balanced, fresh and luscious, with firm acidity, mellow tannins and a rich mouthfeel, making it perfect for enjoying now.

Technical Data

The grapes are gently destemmed and optically sorted to select only the best berries. Grapes are gravity transferred to fermentation tanks for a maximum of 5 days of cold soak. Fermentation temperatures are kept below 28°C and gentle pumping over and punching down is used. After 30 days of tank aging, malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously in new French oak.
