A blend of Atlantic and Mediterranean varieties. After the alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation are complete, the two wines are combined and aged with high-quality lees until bottling.

Tasting notes
Sauvignon Blanc brings vibrant aromas of lemon and white flowers, while Merseguera contributes fresh and lively acidity. A subtle hint of salinity adds intrigue, and nuances of thyme enhance the Mediterranean character.

Pairing

Production

The grapes are placed in a refrigerated room for 24 hours and are gently pressed using an air-pressure press. Each variety is fermented separately at a very low temperature of 16°C in small stainless steel tanks.

After alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation are complete, the two wines are combined and left in contact with high-quality lees until bottling.
