Barolo Ravera 2019 Sordo
ノヴェッロ村の名畑、24か月の大樽熟成。
ノヴェッロ村の中でも特に美しい場所に位置する銘醸畑ラヴェーラ。20℃で自然なマロラクティック発酵を行い、ステンレスタンクで2〜4か月、スラヴォニアンオークの大樽で24か月、再びタンクで4〜6か月、さらに瓶内で最低6か月熟成させます。濃厚な色合いに、干し草や秋の葉を思わせる緑の印象。フレッシュな小さな果実やタバコ、甘いスパイス。酸とタンニンの均衡がよく、熟成ポテンシャルの高い一本です。
Tasting note
Intense color. The bouquet has a green impression reminiscent of hay and autumn leaves. In addition to the firm fruitiness, there are nuances of fresh fruit, small fruit, tobacco and sweet spices. The structure is firm, and the acidity and tannins are very well balanced. As it ages, it becomes more mellow and gains harmony and freshness. This wine has great aging potential.

Ravera is a vineyard located in one of the most beautiful areas in the village of Novello, a prestigious and highly sought-after wine region. After natural malolactic fermentation at 20°C, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 2-4 months, then in large Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months, then in stainless steel tanks for another 4-6 months, and finally in bottle for at least 6 months.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
