Tasting Notes
Intense color. The bouquet has a green impression reminiscent of hay and autumn leaves. In addition to the firm fruitiness, there are nuances of fresh fruit, small fruit, tobacco and sweet spices. The structure is firm, and the acidity and tannins are very well balanced. As it ages, it becomes more mellow and gains harmony and freshness. This wine has great aging potential.

Technical Data

After 4-7 weeks of extended maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 2-4 months in stainless steel tanks, then 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, and again for 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for at least 6 months after bottling.

■ Vineyards facing south to southwest, located at an altitude of 420-450m in the village of Novello
■ Soil: Geologically, it is said to belong to the Tortonian period. The soil is relatively soft.
It has a rich character, with whitish marl overlying a denser grey-brown marl.
