Barolo Gabutti 2019 Sordo

セッラルンガ・ダルバの中でも最も名高い地区の一つに位置し、高品質のクリュとして評価されるガブッティ。20℃で自然なマロラクティック発酵を経て、ステンレスタンクで2〜4か月、スラヴォニアンオークの大樽で24か月、再びタンクで4〜6か月、瓶内で最低6か月熟成させます。淡い色合いながら味わいは時間が経っても安定し、フローラルな香りにフレッシュフルーツと甘いスパイス。骨格のしっかりした2019年です。
Tasting note
It has a pale color and a very stable taste even over time. In the mouth, you can feel the floral aroma with nuances of fresh fruit and sweet spices, and it is quite flavorful and well-structured, with a good balance of acidity and tannins.

Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Serralunga d'Alba, this cru is rated for its "highest quality and character." After natural malolactic fermentation at 20°C, the wine is aged for 2-4 months in stainless steel tanks. After 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, it is aged again for 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks and for at least 6 months in bottle.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
