"Sengio" is the local dialect for black basalt of volcanic origin, and this wine is indeed the perfect expression of the natural paradise where it comes from, where even the bees thrive. Senjalta represents what Laura, the winemaker, aims to achieve by drawing on her father's extensive experience: a firm belief in respecting nature and biodiversity, not trends, and the long aging process in the winery.

Color: Bright straw yellow.
Aroma: Expressive aromas of ripe peach, apricot and white flowers.
Taste: Creamy texture and notes of peach, nectarine, and Pink Lady apple.
The chamomile flavor is well balanced with fresh acidity, resulting in a long, elegant finish.

From seafood appetizers to main courses, truffle and vegetable risotto and pasta, and white meat.

Technical Data

Alcoholic fermentation: Using natural yeast, carried out in stainless steel tanks with the skins removed. Ageing: 20 months with lees in 2,000L old barrels, and the same period in concrete tanks.
