コンバイ地区の個性である花の香りと、カネヴァ山麓の生き生きとしたノートを融合させたエクストラ・ブリュット。シャルマ方式で約40日発酵させています。標高の高い土地のブドウがアロマに複雑さを与え、白い花やリンゴ、黄色い果実、小さな赤い果実のニュアンスが広がります。残糖度が低いぶん果実のピュアさとアロマがまっすぐに際立つ構成。アペリティフに、魚料理に、サン・ダニエーレのプロシュートとともに。
Tasting note
A fragrance that combines the typical floral scent of the Combai area in Veneto with the lively aroma of the foothills of Mount Caneva. Hints of white flowers, apples, yellow fruits and small red berries. Due to its low residual sugar content, its purity and distinct aroma stand out.
Food pairing
It goes well with aperitifs, fish dishes (can be eaten raw), and various raw meats. A perfect match with San Daniele's prosciutto.

A crisp, dry Extra Brut that highlights the purity and aroma of the fruit. Fermented for approximately 40 days using the Charmat method. This wine combines the floral aromas characteristic of the Combay region with the lively notes characteristic of the Caneva foothills. The grapes grown at high altitude add complexity to the aromas, with nuances of white flowers, apples, yellow fruits, and small red fruits. The low residual sugar content enhances the purity and aromas.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
