アカシアと藤が香る、シルキーな泡。
9月中旬に収穫したグレラをソフトに圧搾し、アロマを引き出すためマストを低温で処理。約40日の発酵を経て、シャルマ方式で泡を生み出しています。ストローイエローの色調に、細かく濃密で持続性のある泡立ち。アカシアや藤の花、野草を思わせるフローラルな香りとリンゴのフルーティさが混じり合います。持続する酸がフレッシュさを与え、口中の泡は撫でるようにシルキー。牡蠣や貝類、野菜のリゾットと。
Tasting note
It has a straw yellow colour and fine, dense and persistent bubbles. The floral scent of acacia flowers, wisteria flowers, and wild grasses blends with the fruity scent of apples. The persistent acidity gives it a fresh taste, and the bubbles in the mouth are gentle and silky.

The grapes were harvested in mid-September and gently pressed. The must was treated at low temperatures to better extract the aromas. The wine fermented for approximately 40 days and then sparkled using the Charmat method. It has a straw yellow color and fine, dense, and persistent bubbles. The floral aroma of acacia flowers, wisteria flowers, and wildflowers blends with the fruity aroma of apple. The persistent acidity gives it freshness, and the bubbles in the mouth are caressing and silky.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
