This 100% Chenin Blanc comes from a terroir of red clay and limestone. Hand-picked and brewed with natural yeast, it offers a perfect balance of refreshing acidity, a moderate minerality, and rounded fruitiness. Aromas of apricot and pear are layered with nuances of white flowers, and the wine's complexity increases with temperature.
