Since the Middle Ages, the Château des Adouse has stood in the heart of AOP Faugères, overhanging the village of Roquessels. The 42 hectares of vineyards are dominated by old Grenache Noir and Carignan vines over 70 years old, which perfectly express the unique crystalline schist terroir of this area. Tiger symbolizes the power and balance of our wines. Some people say they saw it in the field.

Tasting notes
Deep ruby ​​red color. Aromas of blackcurrant and raspberry with hints of spice and pepper. Fresh fruit flavor and smooth mouthfeel, with a beautifully balanced structure.
