Tasting notes
The appearance has a ruby glow. From the glass, the rich aroma of raspberries and cherries is layered with rose petals, subtle spices, and moist earth.

The mouthfeel is very smooth, with silky tannins and dense acidity in perfect balance. The fruit is fresh yet refined, and the aftertaste is elegant with delicate minerality and hints of aging.

This is an extremely refined wine that is beautiful when young and shows even greater depth with age.

After harvest, the grapes are sorted and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.

After fermentation, the wine is aged in large barrels of 350-600L, with 0-15% being new, for approximately 18-24 months.
