The cuvée "Roboul" is named after the small river that flows through the vineyard where the old Mourvèdre vines are grown. This exquisite blend is produced using biodynamic farming methods from old Mourvèdre and Grenache vines grown on stony, poor soils.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
The nose is full of black fruit, fig, olive and graphite aromas. The mouthfeel is soft and smooth. It has a powerful and rich flavor with elegant tannins. The finish is very long.

Pairing
Sausage and escargot grilled in garlic butter

Technical Data

The grapes are destemmed, soaked in liquid to soften them, then fermented separately for each variety in concrete tanks for 4-6 weeks, then aged for 22 months in old wooden barrels.
