Gold, yellowish straw color. Beautiful, flowing bubbles. Powerful yet elegant, the aroma is rich and complex, with notes of dried fruit, vanilla, brioche, and more. Candied fruit and honeysuckle floral aromas. Well-structured yet rounded, it has a very fresh and delicate taste.

Winemaking & technical data

Produced from grapes grown using organic farming methods (no chemicals used, farming methods in accordance with the cycles of nature and the heavens) and from vineyards certified by ECOCERT 32600 L'ISLEJOURDAIN.
Only the first pressing of the cuvée is used. After fermentation in oak barrels, it undergoes allolactic fermentation for 9 months, and then ages in the bottle.

Aging: Aged in the cellar for at least 36 months (3 years)

Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.

Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.

Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.

Return postage

Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.

About the producer

Maison Duval-Leroy

[A maison that pursues quality in an innovative way]

In 1855, upon seeing the first unofficial Champagne classification, Champagne merchant Armand Leroy realized that consistent quality control from grape growing to winemaking was essential to producing excellent Champagne.

He searched for a winemaker to partner with him, and together with the like-minded Duval family, he founded Duval-Leroy in Vertus, south of the Côte des Blancs, in 1859.

Since then, the family has continued to purchase vineyards in sunny hilly areas spanning each region, and the Maison has been passed down through six generations.

As an independent Champagne producer not part of any group company, Duval-Leroy owns 200 hectares of Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, and is known as the owner of some of the largest Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs.

The advantage of having an abundant supply of high-quality grapes can be seen in the high and consistent quality of the NV cuvées.

The company is also a négociant-manipulant producer with organic certification (Ecocert), and was the first major maison to release champagne made from grapes from certified organic vineyards.

In 1991, Carole lost her husband at a young age and became head of the family business. She appointed Sandrine Rogert-Jardin as Chef de Cave and has since devoted herself to creating champagne that pursues her own unique style and individuality, emphasizing the feminine qualities of "delicacy" and "elegance."

Following in Carole's footsteps, her three sons, Julien, Charles and Louis, are today faithfully and enthusiastically carrying on the spirit of the Maison.

Together they create Champagnes of finesse, lightness and elegance, Champagnes that speak directly to the heart. Respecting and maximizing the terroir, they pay tribute to France's creative traditions and create a future with connoisseurs who are the new voices of gastronomy.
