Tasting notes
A masterpiece that displays the elegance and depth typical of Vosne-Romanée.

Soil: deep clay soil

Cultivation area: Approximately 1.6 ha

Age: Planted in the late 1950s and 1970s

Harvesting: Hand-picked

Sorting: Sorting on the sorting table

Destemming:​100% destemming (whole chamber destemming)

Fermentation: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

Aging: Aging in new barrels (approximately 17 to 18 months)
