Voladeros was the first "mountain wine" produced in Málaga since the end of the 19th century. Victoria Ordóñez's new project is to revive the production of "mountain wine" using Málaga's most prized grape variety, the Pedro Ximénez, from the estates of the Montes de Málaga Natural Park.
Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
Delicate and elegant. Bright straw yellow. The nose is floral, citrus, fresh fruit, lemon zest, lemon, green apple, and a very elegant, light spicy note. In the mouth, it is very fresh, mineral, and slightly salty. Fruity and fleshy, the palate is spacious and the aftertaste lasts for a long time. A very elegant and balanced wine even at the beginning.

Pairing

Technical Data

Voladeros represents the recovery of a style of wine that disappeared at the end of the 19th century. Mild, dry Pedro Ximenez, not exceeding 14%, known as the wine of the mountains. Pedro Ximenez or Pero Ximene is the wine that gave Málaga its greatest fame, and everyone who writes about this city remembers to call themselves by that name, Málaga wine.
