"Triple Zero" without sugar, tirage, or liqueur

This cuvée is made with three zeros: no sugar added, no tirage, and no added liqueur.Unusually for a sparkling wine, it is made from very ripe grapes.
The natural sugar content at bottling (approximately 12 g/L) is sufficient for secondary fermentation, and upon disgorgement, the same wine is used to top up the wine instead of the expedition liqueur typically used in the traditional way.

Terroir: Clay-limestone and clay-silica soils on a limestone bedrock.

Vinification
