It goes well with grilled beef, magret duck with raspberry sauce, or roasted cherries, cocoa, and wild mushrooms.

Technical Data

Fermentation in concrete tanks at low temperature (approximately 20'C), maximum 2 remontages per day, malolactic fermentation completed simultaneously with alcoholic fermentation. Grapes pressed after fermentation is complete to preserve the fruity aromas. A small part of the wine is aged in (used) old barrels, giving it a slight body and oak flavor.
