This elegant Crémant is crafted from old granite vines. Fully ripe Pinot Auxerrois and Pinot Noir are pressed whole bunch, then aged on the lees for a long period, resulting in delicate bubbles and a rich aroma. Fresh fruit flavors of apple and pear are layered with nuances of brioche and almond, while refreshing acidity and a minerality fill the palate. A sophisticated sparkling wine perfect for any gastronomic experience.

The pale straw-colored bubbles are beautiful and give a fresh and sophisticated impression.
In addition to the fresh fruity aroma of apples and pears, there are also subtle hints of brioche and almond. Fine bubbles spread smoothly in the mouth, with a refreshing acidity and minerality that lingers in a well-balanced manner. Crémant is made using only juice from a single year.
It is made from pressed juice from the heart of the oldest granite vineyards.
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and pressed by bunch. The juice is transferred by gravity into temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Aged on the lees for 36 to 60 months.
