This cuvée is made using the oldest Alsatian winemaking methods. The alcoholic fermentation of the juice takes place together with the skins, seeds, pulp and stems. The result is a dry wine with a deep color, intense flavor, polyphenols and minerality. It is aromatic, salty and umami-rich, making it a perfect companion to food.

Tasting Notes
Gewürztraminer is a grape with pink or purple skin that produces a beautiful orange wine with pink nuances.

It is very dry with aromas similar to white wine and a tannic structure similar to red wine.

It has aromas of citrus peel (tangerine, grapefruit), spicy notes of licorice and ginger, a slightly hoppy aftertaste, and a hint of bitterness from tannins.
