This elegant sparkling rosé is made from carefully brewed grapes bathed in the sunshine of southern France, and the alcohol is gently removed through low-temperature vacuum distillation. The aroma of fresh red fruit and the pleasant, fine bubbles create a deep flavor that is hard to believe is non-alcoholic. A perfect aperitif or toast for special occasions.

Winemaking
