Aromas of pear, apricot and fresh hazelnut are highlighted by a delicate touch of vanilla. The harmonious approach is enhanced by a gentle palate, with a subtle sweetness that is complemented by a fine acidity leading to a perfect finish. A beautiful finish of honey, fig and toast.

Floral and refreshing, with a sophisticated woody aroma. In the mouth, it has a mineral attack, fresh and fruity. It has a firm structure, but is rounded out by the oak. An elegant and very well-balanced wine.

Technical Data

"Las Planeros" is the name of the Chenin Blanc plot, located on the highlands of Sepiet, on white sand and limestone clay soil. The Chenin vines are 41 years old, on a plateau at an altitude of 300m, facing north to south, and the Chardonnay vines are 31 years old, on steep slopes facing southeast. Short-shooted Guyot grapes. Hand-picked and sorted on the vine, the yield is 45hl/ha.

Direct pressing, settling, spontaneous fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging in the same barrels until June. 1-3 wines per 600 litre barrel.
